Job requirements
Workers are responsible for dismantling all types of televisions, flat screens, and computer monitors using electric hand drills, hammers, screw drivers and mallets.
- Separate components and place in separate containers for recycling.
- Must be able bending and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk and work in a face pace environment.
- Will train and certify to operate a fork lift
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

Cal Micro Recycling is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to work alongside the Senior Accountant in our Ontario, CA facility.
Annual sales are currently in excess of $14M and the company is expecting substantial growth over the next few years.
The successful candidate will play a key role working with our senior accountant to drive the company's aggressive growth strategy and will ensure the financial infrastructure is established and maintained to support those strategies. You must be organized and forward thinking.
The successful candidate will:
- Partner with the Senior Accountant to build financial discipline throughout the organization and enable strong performance against strategic, financial and operational goals.
- Responsible for daily activities such as GL, AP, AR/Collections, revenue, commissions and payroll.
- Collaborate with the Senior Accountant in financial audits
- Assist the Senior Accountant in driving improvement at all levels of the Finance Department.
- Prepare financial reporting including development and monitoring of budgets.
- Ability to understand effective internal controls and processes to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, integrity of corporate data and safeguarding of assets.

The Sanitation Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean working environment at the Cal Micro Recycling and GLS Group facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure sanitary handling and maintenance of safety standards during the cleaning & sanitizing process of office equipment and kitchen utensils.
- Sweep and clean floors, walls, drains, parking lot area, and surrounding sidewalks around the facility including large debris removal to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Replenish paper goods, disinfectants, soap, and sanitizers in restrooms throughout the facilities.
- Cleans and sanitizes toilets and sink basins
- Trash removal within the offices, lunch rooms, corporate offices, and outside areas of 4 separate facilities.
- Clean and maintain the offices which include the 1st floor office, 2nd floor office, corporate restrooms, lunch area, kitchen area and fridge.

- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.

hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines.

A key function of the Account Representative is to cultivate new business relationships with potential clients by conducting outbound prospecting calls and cultivate qualified leads for Senior Account Managers to move further in the sales cycle. The Account Representative will also be responsible for managing inbound marketing leads from all business divisions to qualify for new opportunities with any of Cal Micro’s service offerings. The successful Account Representative will average 80-90 inbound and outbound calls per day combined and develop 5 new qualified leads per week. Upon demonstrating proficiency in this function, the Account Representative will transition to manage their own accounts that they cultivated.
